Enclosed server racks don't just sit on the floor, they are also commonly found mounted to walls or carried in transport cases. They range from 6U to 48U. Some enclosed racks have optional front/back openings, and serve as open frame rack hybrids.

• Wall Mount Rack Enclosures 

Wall mounts are the perfect alternative to full-sized server racks. AZE carries a variety of unique wall mount designs that will provide a secure location for your equipment while utilizing minimum space. 

Our wall mounts can be used in classrooms, restaurants, small IT closets, home offices, or anywhere that provides a flat surface to mount to. Even though wall mounts are more compact than traditional mounts, there is still adequate airflow and room to manage cables. Many small or home offices don’t have enough equipment to justify a full-sized server rack. In these situations an out of the way, compact solution may be better. • Open Frame Racks   

Open frame server racks are an effective solution for many types of equipment mounting. They’re as great in the data center as they are in your back IT closet. These racks  allow easy access for maintenance, they come in a variety of shapes and sizes and have many 2 post and 4 post options. 

Both 4 Post and 2 Post racks have open frame options. This means that all sides of the rack are open to the environment around them. Open frame racks are less expensive than enclosed frame racks, but sacrifice security.

NEMA 3R Outdoor Enclosures

• Built to be tough and dependable, the outdoor enclosures rated NEMA 3R offer ventilated options. This does reduce the protection against windblown dust, but this protection can be enhanced by using screens and/or air filters placed in the louvered openings. NEMA 3R outdoor enclosures offer superior protection in both indoor and outdoor environments. Outdoor: water elements, rain, snow, formation of ice, falling dirt, blowing dirt/dust. Indoor: protects from all the same elements and indoor issues such as water / moisture drops from above.

• Durable, dependable, the NEMA 4,4X outdoor enclosures are for indoor and outdoor use, they provide the same protections as NEMA 3's. Windblown dust, water elements rain, snow, sleet, ice formations, ingress of falling dirt. In addition NEMA 4's protect against splashing water, such as happens when washing or spraying an enclosure.
• NEMA 4X offers the same protections to include an additional level of protection against corrosion.
