1.How can I get customized service?
Customizing products and solutions is one of AZE's top strengths. We are happy to develop the desired products that fit our customers' needs exactly. Feel free to contact our sales team and give as much detail as possible about your specific requirements and we will find a solution that works for you.
2. What is AZE's product quality assurance?
AZE has over more than 10 years experience in providing trusted quality service to customers around the globe. our factories were awarded ISO9001 Quality Management System Certification and ISO14001 Environment Management System Certification.AZE has a policy of continuous improvement.
3.Does AZE offer a warranty?
AZE offers 1-year limited warranties on all of our products.Prior to use, the buyer shall determine the suitability of the AZE product for his or her intended purpose and will assume all risk and liability whatsoever in connection therewith. This warranty shall not be applicable to any AZE products having been subjected to misuse, neglect, improper storage and handling, installation, accidental damage, or having been altered in any way by persons other than AZE or those people authorized by AZE. Third-party products are not covered under this warranty.
Nonconforming products should not be returned to AZE unless:
(i) Product is unused,
(ii) Product is provided in its original packaging,
(iii) And product is accompanied by AZE's Return Material Authorizaton.
Limitation on Liability
In no case will AZE be liable to the buyer or to any third parties for any special, punitive, consequential, or indirect damage or damages, including without limitation the loss of capital, use, production or profits, arising from any cause whatsoever, even in the event that AZE has been advised of the possibility of such damage or damages.
4.What are AZE's terms of payment?
A telegraphic transfer in advance is the standard payment method. AZE may be able to agree to more flexible terms with regular customers or customers with special large orders or products. If you have any questions or concerns pertaining to payment, please contact us and one of our customer sales representatives will be on hand to assist you.
5.What are your packaging methods?
At AZE, we always strive to deliver all products to the client in mint condition. Most of our items are packed in double carton boxes. For larger items such as cabinets or racks, we can deliver using wooden cases or a combination of carton and pallet.
6.When can I expect to receive my order?
Depending on the size of your order, you can expect to wait about a month to a month and a half, give or take. Most of our orders (95%) are sent to the client within 4-6 weeks from the date of the order confirmation. If you have project urgent lead time, you can share with one of our customer sales representatives during order confirmation.
7.Is there a minimum quantity for each order?
AZE does not require a minimum order, as we understand that some customers may only need a small amount of our product or wish to try us out for the first time.
8. How do I become AZE's partner?
If you are in the telecommunications industry and have a proven record of success in your local market, you can apply to become a distributor from your region. If you are interested in being a distributor for AZE, please contact us by e-mail with your profile and 3-year business plan attached.
9.What are AZE's main products?
Our products cover our all of our clients' needs and requirements, from data centers and central offices to curbs and homes. AZE's product include both active and passive as well as indoor and outdoor products, such as ODF,DDF network cabinets, distribution boxes, cable tray systems, splice closures, outdoor cabinets, PDUS and all the optical accessories needed for a solution like FTTX.
10.Does AZE participate in any trade shows or exhibitions?
AZE didn't participate in international exhibitions recent years, as we don't want to compete with customer directly.
