This advanced lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) battery pack offers a robust solution for various energy storage applications. The all-in-one air-cooled ESS cabinet integrates long-life battery, efficient balancing BMS, high-performance PCS, active safety system, smart distribution and HVAC into one cabinet, enabling long-term operation with safety, stability and reliability. Through AC side parallel connection, it achieves agile deployment of ESS power station with flexible capacity expansion.

Features
A state-of-the-art Energy Storage System (ESS) battery designed for high-performance and reliability. This advanced lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) battery pack offers a robust solution for various energy storage applications.
The ESS solution is a highly integrated, all-in-one, C&I Hybrid energy storage cabinet with multiple application scenarios. It has outstanding advantages such as intelligent charge and discharge management, safety and reliability, and simple operation and maintenance. The solar power battery backup is high-voltage battery energy storage solution, leveraging lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery chemistry for safe and reliable performance.
The ESS battery cabinet is designed to store high-density, high-safety, and high-performance LFP batteries,the customer will equip with a self-developed Energy Management System (EMS) that can monitor the working status and abnormal alerts of each battery cell, PCS, and fire protection system in real-time. The advanced EMS system also has leading advantages in intelligent control of different smart operation strategies, autonomous scheduling based on local electricity prices, and comprehensive management of photovoltaic, energy storage systems, EV charging and generators at power plant level. These features improve the overall system efficiency and shorten the investment return period.
The cabinet also has multiple safety protection measures. It has built-in protection functions such as over voltage, over current, and over temperature. It is also equipped with fireproof materials and 4 levels of fire protection system, which can promptly detect and respond to potential fire risks, effectively control the spread of fires and reduce the risk of safety accidents.

Heavy batteries demand a solar battery box with extra strength and durability. In order to protect outdoor batteries from weather and damage, AZE manufactures custom NEMA 3R enclosures. Solar batteries require certain conditions to maintain their productivity and also require air flow control provided by louvered vents, not just for cooling the solar battery enclosure, but also for the release of potential gases that the solar battery gives off.

Many of the enclosures have the added versatility of a pole mounting capability, in addition to a tamper-resistant hardware option for added security. The solar power battery backup is flexible and powerful and designed for critical applications. It features advanced monitoring and control capabilities and multiple input and output options.
